Very good DPS and poke, lots of utility even when behind with permaslow, global stunning ult and vision.
Caitlyn
Extremely safe in lane, high range, very high damage early and late to the point you can oneshot many squishy champions.

Yuntal and Runaans buffs help this champ out a lot, she kinda sucks into mages/poke though

Tristana is good into Zeri and very strong with buffed Yuntal

Performs okay into mages and is super good vs low range comps

Very good into mages, neutralizer lane.

Good into dive comps such as Vi, Nocturne where you can dodge heavy damage/CC with your ult.

Decent since buffs, really good burst and overall pretty save due to good range and W

SoloQ Stomper, sucks vs champs that neutralize him though (mages)
but can still win the matchups due to insane damage in early and snowball from one kill, if youre playing vs a mage try to stack your passive and get one massive ult in
Mages are also immobile and suck into heavy cc supports

Very very strong, but has a very high skill floor. A, potentially S depending on skill.

Good vs mages / neutralizer, good scaling too
Kai'Sa
Terminus + Kaisa buffs make her okay in the right game (paired with cc and not vs super high range)

Still decent despite repeated nerfs, but not as dominant as before.

Yuntal Runaans build could be okay / decent, might be underrating him

He has good damage, but his lack of mobility and self-peel makes him too team reliant for soloqueue.

all the Yuntal champs are stronger in lane while also probably doing more in teamfights
Smolders scaling isnt as crazy as it used to be

Horrific mana costs makes her essentially unplayable on ADC now. Just pick her top and abuse the new level 1 strength
Last few patches have had virtually no changes for bot. Tristana overrated, Yunara underrated, Vayne killed.
