Corki Moved up Decent since buffs, really good burst and overall pretty save due to good range and W

Draven

Draven SoloQ Stomper, sucks vs champs that neutralize him though (mages) but can still win the matchups due to insane damage in early and snowball from one kill, if youre playing vs a mage try to stack your passive and get one massive ult in Mages are also immobile and suck into heavy cc supports

Jinx

Jinx Yuntal and Runaans buffs help this champ out a lot, she kinda sucks into mages/poke though

Yunara

Yunara Yuntal Runaans buffs make her really good Bad into high range Aphelios/Jinx/Cait but very very strong into everything else

S - Counter

Nilah

Nilah S into AA-heavy teams like Yasuo mid, Rengar jungle, AA-based ADC and similar.

Sivir

Sivir Very good into mages, neutralizer lane.

Xayah

Xayah Good into dive comps such as Vi, Nocturne where you can dodge heavy damage/CC with your ult.

Yasuo

Yasuo really good into immobile lanes where he can dash through wave and be sticky

Ashe

Ashe Very good DPS and poke, lots of utility even when behind with permaslow, global stunning ult and vision.

Caitlyn

Caitlyn Moved down Extremely safe in lane, high range, very high damage early and late to the point you can oneshot many squishy champions.

Jhin

Jhin Good vs mages / neutralizer, good scaling too

Kai'Sa

Kai'Sa Terminus + Kaisa buffs make her okay in the right game (paired with cc and not vs super high range)

Lucian

Lucian Moved up strong in lane and strong snowball, but falls off hard compared to meta adcs

Miss Fortune

Miss Fortune Moved up shes ok but current meta doesnt favor her much

Tristana

Tristana Moved down Tristana is good into Zeri and very strong with buffed Yuntal Slightly overrated since last patch

Varus

Varus Moved up hes ok but current meta does not favor him much

Zeri

Zeri Moved down Yuntal + Runaans Buff -> Very good now Performs okay into mages and is super good vs low range comps

Aphelios

Aphelios He has good damage, but his lack of mobility and self-peel makes him too team reliant for soloqueue.

Ezreal

Ezreal Very very strong, but has a very high skill floor. A, potentially S depending on skill.

Kalista

Kalista good in proplay, but bad in soloq due to not scaling very well compared to other adcs and being reliant on supp for ult

Kog'Maw

Kog'Maw 0 mobility, 0 selfpeel. strong if enemy has no way to reach you and you have good comp to frontline and peel. similar issue as aphelios

Samira

Samira good for snowballing but very easy to counterpick (alistar) and shut down since you need to be inside entire enemy team for your combo

Smolder

Smolder all the Yuntal champs are stronger in lane while also probably doing more in teamfights Smolders scaling isnt as crazy as it used to be

Twitch

Twitch Yuntal Runaans build could be okay / decent, might be underrating him

Senna

Senna Moved down Still decent despite repeated nerfs, but not as dominant as before.

Vayne

Vayne Just pick her top and abuse the new level 1 strength, mana costs were reverted so she is quite good there again. everyone meta destroys her on botlane currently (cait draven trist zeri yunara)
